Vip baazi Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1 General Terms

Vip baazi is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between vip baazi and registered users of the platform.

2 Account Registration

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• The name provided at registration must match the name on the payment method used.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on vip baazi. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. vip baazi may request valid proof of age documents at any time.

Acceptable documents for age verification include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is also strictly prohibited.
• Vip baazi is committed to child protection and takes active measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Vip baazi currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposit Processing Time: Usually instant, within 15 minutes at most.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 1–24 hours.
• The payment method and name used for withdrawals must match those used for deposits.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If fraud is suspected, vip baazi may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms and conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Please read the full terms of any offer before claiming a bonus — wagering multipliers may vary between promotions.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once — repeatedly attempting to claim the same offer will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of claim — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on vip baazi are considered final once confirmed. vip baazi reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed.

• The odds at which a bet is placed before an event begins are final — any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded; however, different rules may apply in certain circumstances.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error may be voided or adjusted to the correct odds.
• If vip baazi detects suspicious betting patterns, payments may be delayed pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the vip baazi platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Manipulating the bonus system or engaging in artificial wagering.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Vip baazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• In line with our Self-exclusion policy for responsible gaming.

To close your account, please reach out to our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of terms and conditions.

9 Responsible Gaming

Vip baazi believes in responsible gaming and considers it a core principle. We want every user to play for entertainment — not out of pressure or addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break at any time, from 24 hours up to 6 months.
